So you've arrived at my About Me page, I take it then that you want to know who I am ? Well I suppose that's fair enough, Otherwise why did I bother to make an About Me page. OK then here's a short introduction to ME and my WEBSITE,

My name is Toby but mostly I'm called Tob's by my friends so it made good sence to call my site TOB'S WEBPAGE

I am 47 years old and live in Cumbernauld Scotland, I am married and have a son aged 26. I was a marine engineer in my working life, but due too ill health I had to give up work. And so now find myself with a lot of time on my hands,  ( or is that the wife's hands ) I also play guitar and other various instruments but mostly I mess about on the computer. ( Are you on that computer again!!! ).

So why make a WebSite

Well I like to make up little programs and help out friends with their computer problems,
( Am I brave or what ) Having heard from my friends and others, through Magazine help
pages just how confusing It was for them to get to grips with their computers, software
and hardware, I thought I would make a web page and offer my help to a wider audience
  ( Oh no here come the headaches )  with hints, tips,Links to Freeware,Software,
Win 95/98 and any other help on their computer and software problems. So that is what
my web page is about, I hope that after clicking through the pages on this site you will
learn some usefull computer stuff, and therefore build up your confidence.
 (With a bit of study you will soon be a computer whiz kid)

While I can't hope to cover everything in the computer world  (Must keep some time
for the wife and I) I hope at least to wet your appetite and improve your knowledge of computers. I hope you find the site usefull and interesting, And of course if you have any suggestion's then please fill in my Feedback Form or send me a good ole Email. Hope you
